A home doesn't make a cat. A cat makes a home.
At Jabuchs, we pride ourselves on giving each kitten and cat the foundation for a great life. It starts with handling, proper play, nurturing hands, love, and most importantly our time. These are a few of our favorite photos. Not staged or coaxed, these photos have mostly been taken with our phones or a quick snapshot of a camera. These are the precious moments that we hope to give each of you. You can click all the images to view larger versions and learn about our cats.
Sarah's brother James, and Perseus.
The Balinese breed is an incredible breed for families with children.
King Napoleon climbing. Fall 2014.
Napoleon often naps on the stairs or tries to test his balance outside the banister.
Future King Julius.
We like to call this the prairie dog pose. When playing with a feather toy, he sits on his hind feet. So CUTE!
Perseus has a mastiff friend, Hallee
Hallee is an English Mastiff. Since we adopted Perseus, they have been attached at the hip. Hallee now weighs 150 pounds and they still manage to get in the recliner and take naps together.
James and Perseus.
Perseus is 6 months in this photo and James is 3. Jabuchs kittens will definitely thrive around kids.
2 year old Perseus.
While folding laundry (that is a hamper in the corner) i found a visitor. Balinese LOVE to be near their humans.
Beautiful blue eyed Abel.
This photo was taken with a little bit of light shining through a window. These eyes are to DIE for.
Napoleon's favorite napping stair.
Any given afternoon after lunch you can find Napoleon trying to fit on a step to take a mini nap.
Sweet Ivory in her favorite tree.
Ivory loves to be high up. She will jump from the floor to the very top just for you to pet her.
Queen Josephine in her favorite lap.
Josephine has one of the sweetest demeanors we have seen in a cat. Such a snuggler.
